Day 1

 We will take the first portion of this this day to get to know the roads and the motorcycles, we will drive across small creeks and gorgeous scenery until we reach the town of Puriscal; We will do a pit stop and we will prepare for some technical trails that will enchant anybody that has a taste for enduro biking, these trails will take us to Santa Marta where we will have a typical Costa Rica lunch full of carbs to re fuel.

After the much deserved lunch, we will introduce ourselves in one of the top areas for Enduro biking in Costa Rica; full of natural obstacles, curvy roads, springs and fun mountain trails, we will stop in Pueblo del Sur where we will rest, rehydrate and have a fresh ceviche. We will continue on really cool bright red volcanic mud roads going to Bijagual here we will have breathtaking views of the pacific and the Carara National Park. We will finish day one on the town of Jaco known for its shopping, surfing, restaurants and bars.

Day 2 

The second day will start bright and early, we will go towards Bijagual, Jaco where we will encounter the renowned Villa Lapas Cross Country track, used for national and international competitions, we will go down to the Tarcoles river where we will be able see some famous friends of the area, from the Tarcoles bridge you will be able to see groups a crocodiles, but don’t be scared, they are Costa Rican crocodiles so they are friendly, plus you will be too far away. We will discover the Puntarenas province bordering the pacific going through old farms and crossing railroad tracks build in 1948 that were used to transport Coffee and bananas; this portion of the trip we will be able to see great variety of wild animals like monkeys, pizotes and many birds until we reach the heart of the province, in downtown Puntarenas we will have lunch; we will take a ferry boat to cross the Nicoya Gulf; it takes 1.5 hours to reach Paquera, once we reach the peninsula, we will drive to playa Tambor where we will complete day 2.

Day 3 

The mountain awaits, there we will have remarkable views of the ocean, we will also encounter trails that will put your Enduro riding skills to a test and that will take us all the way to playa Montezuma, Mal Pais, and Manzanillo; the most notorious and visited beaches of the area for its beauty and for great surfing. There are rivers and waterfalls that we can enjoy on the way, until we reach Playa Coyote where we will have our lunch, we will cross the Guanacaste’s plains to visit playa Punta Islita, known for its white sand beaches. Our final destination will be playa Samara to relax in the pool and have a much deserved cocktail.

Day 4

This will be a day of tropical dry forest discovery, wild creatures can be found in the way towards the highest elevations of the Guanacaste province, these roads will take us to Santa Cruz, here you will be able to find colonial buildings and taste the gastronomy of the area. After lunch we will go around the Palo Verde national park, the density and variety of bird species that have been inventoried at Palo Verde is the primary reason that the park was created and included in the RAMSAR list of wetlands of International Importance. We will cross the longest bridge in Costa Rica over the Tempisque River to reach Abangares, our final destination for today’s ride.

Day 5 

We will continue crossing the Costa Rica mountain chains from Abangares to Tilaran, speeding up a is allowed on day 5 since the road will permit it, our first destination will be Rio Celeste, notable for its distinctive turquoise coloration, then we will continue towards Arenal volcano known for its hot springs and beautiful lake, this is definitely a must see when you come to Costa Rica, here you will be able to relax and prepare for our next adventure.

Day 6

Today your adventure on the Costa Rica Northern highlands continue surrounding the most spectacular landlocked body of water of this beautiful country, this will be a day to proof your enduro skills towards the town of Monteverde renowned for its biodiverse forest in the clouds. The Quetzal trail will show technical endure roads, we will have lunch in San Ramon and finish the day back in Jaco.

Day 7

We will go up the mountain again to one of the most notorious areas where the best Costa Rican coffee is grown but this is not your regular coffee tour, Panzas and Extasis two technical enduro trails will not be conquer without a fight, we will have lunch in Palmichal de Acosta before heading back to San Jose to finish the tour.
